Meet The Team

My name is Shazad Ali, and I am the Director of Link AP Academy. I was born and raised in Bradford, and my work has always been driven by a clear purpose: to support young people who are at risk of disengagement and ensure they are given meaningful opportunities to succeed.

I remain closely involved in the day-to-day life of the academy because leadership, to me, is about responsibility, visibility, and accountability. Every decision we make is guided by one principle: doing what is genuinely in the best interests of the young person.
