Our Provision Model

Link AP Academy offers part-time placements only, designed for students who require a structured, supportive alternative to mainstream education.

Placements are delivered through AM and PM sessions, operating Monday to Friday:

AM Session: 9:00am – 12:00pm
PM Session: 12:00pm – 3:00pm

Timetables are agreed in partnership with referring schools.

Teaching & Curriculum

All sessions are delivered by fully qualified teachers and are aligned with the National Curriculum, ensuring continuity with students’ home schools.

We deliver teaching in:

GCSE English Language
GCSE English Literature
GCSE Mathematics
GCSE Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
PSHCE

Exam board alignment:

Pearson Edexcel – GCSE Mathematics
AQA – GCSE English Language, English Literature, and Science

Teaching is adapted to meet individual academic and SEMH needs while maintaining clear curriculum intent, progression, and assessment.

Transport & Access

We provide daily transport free of charge, supporting consistent attendance and removing barriers for students and families.

Communication & Reporting

We maintain clear, consistent communication with schools and families through:

Daily communication where required
Weekly updates on attendance, engagement, and progress
Termly progress reports via CPOMS Engage, supporting review meetings and reintegration planning
